Pride 2023 - Books and Authors Day 15 - RoMANce Boxes

Hello and welcome to Day 15 of 30 Days of Pride - Books and Authors!

For Pride Month 2023, I’m sharing some of the fabulous books and authors I’ve discovered featuring LGBTQ or LGBTQ-friendly characters or written by LGBTQ or LGBTQ-friendly authors.

Sometimes you just want to turn actual pages! The majority of books I read are e-Books on either my Nook or my Kindle. I also listen to a ton of audiobooks thanks to an audible subscription and plugging m library card into Libby or Hoopla. For hardbacks, I subscribe to the Book of the Month Club for new releases of all genres.

While the majority of the romance novels I read are digital or audio, sometimes I just want to turn pages. Enter the RoMANce subscription boxes by Dianna Roman.

A couple of months ago, I saw one of my favorite authors, Courtney W Dixon, advertise that her book, Double Up, was going to be featured in Dianna Roman's June RoMANce subscription box. I had the option of signing up for 3 randomly-selected books or both boxes, which would include all seven books along with some fun swag.

There are some great books in here by authors I both know and don't know, so for me, it's a great mix.

I've already read Double Up, but I had it as an ARC, so I love having my own, real copy! It's my favorite book of Courtney W. Dixon's Ohana Surfing Club series.

From this collection, I read In the Name of the Father by Morticia Knight, which was a good read, and have started reading Of Sunlight and Stardust, which I really like so far.
